Abstract

In the context of increasingly tight competition in the photocopying service industry due to globalization, the Bio Teknik photocopy business is faced with the challenge of not only maintaining its existence but also developing. This paper analyzes the implementation of effective strategic management as a key to achieving competitive advantage. Through external environmental analysis using the PESTEL framework and internal environmental evaluation, this study identifies factors that affect the company's operations. The results of the analysis indicate that a deep understanding of internal strengths and weaknesses and market dynamics are essential in formulating the right strategy. In addition, social responsibility and business ethics are important aspects in strategic management, which can improve the company's reputation and build customer loyalty. This study emphasizes the importance of periodic evaluation and strategy control to ensure the company's relevance in facing dynamic market changes. Thus, the implementation of appropriate strategic management can improve the competitiveness and sustainability of the Bio Teknik photocopy business.
